Apache RTR 200 has been launched as a flagship bike by TVS exclusively for Indian market. Apache RTR 200 generates 20.23 bhp and torque of about 18.1 nm, thus making it the best value for money 200cc bike in India. Apache RTR 200 is powered by air-cooled engine using an air-cooler that is mated to five speed gearbox. Two engine options are found with this motorcycle, which include fuel injected and carbureted. The fuel injected engine option generates 20.73 bhp power and the carbureted engine model produces 20.23 bhp. As of now, apache rtr 200 is available only in one model, which is the base carbureted one without ABS and Fi.
Style and design
In an effort to maintain the flow with the present design language, apache RTR 200 4V comes equipped with street fighter design and hands over a complete new generation of motorcycle from TVS. The complete profile of the bike has been maintained the same as the previous Apache variants, corresponding their side profile however it is now more appealing and aggressive.
When it comes to its front look, the new Apache lacks small windscreen and instead feature a highly aggressive set of DRLs than the previous versions’ beast eye DRLs.
